ALL EVENTS ARE HOSTED BY DJW EVENTS you must agree to their waiver and be able to provide proof of age if requested on the door, on entry you will be asked to accept the terms of this Waiver, If you would like a copy of the waiver in advance of the night and before booking, please email info@djwevents.net and simply add "Waiver Request" in the subject line.

SAFETY POLICY & RULES FOR PRIVATE HIRE
While DJW Events staff and management endeavour to ensure the safety of all visitors, it remains the responsibility of the ticket holder to use the facility in a sensible manner.
All guests are to remain inside the building. Wear socks, keep long hair tied and keep arms and legs covered.
ONE at a time and sensible behaviour is required on all pieces of equipment.
There are no height restrictions for Private functions so we ask patrons to be careful when using the framework and to adhere to the general site rules. No throwing of balls and keep them in the ball pools.
No gum, food or drink to be taken onto the framework.
No studded belts to be worn.
Respect any instruction given by a member of staff.
Although we endeavour to have all our equipment available, we cannot be held responsible if some of the equipment has for whatever reason been closed off to the public.
Dependant on the size of your booking there will be a minimum of 3 members of staff on duty. They are not there to supervise your group but only to supervise certain areas of the building and to look out for misuse of any facilities. You are responsible for your own behaviour. DJW Events staff will not tolerate any bad behaviour, fighting, verbal or physical abuse and if for any reason the staff deem it necessary, they have the right to stop the event, clear all areas and close the building. In these circumstances, there will be no refunds or correspondence being entered into. You may be required to pay for any damage other than that caused through normal wear and tear. DJW Events politely reserves the right to postpone any booking at short notice due to extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refund Policy for Exclusive Hire of the Venue or event tickets purchased Online and Policy Regarding Cancellation of above items Purchased Online. You may cancel a booking for Exclusive Hire of the Venue or event tickets during a cooling off period of 7 days and receive a full refund. The only exception to this will be if this is a late or short notice booking for an event that will occur in less than 21 days from the date of purchase. Once this cooling off period has lapsed the following refund policy applies.
Substitution of an alternative name or date/time is acceptable at any time up to 21 days before the date of the booking. 80% refund will be given for cancellations given in writing more than thirty calendar days from the date of th event. For client cancellation of the booking with less than thirty calendar days but more than 21 calendar days prior to the booked date we will refund 50%. For cancellations of less than 21 calendar days prior to the booked date no refund is payable.
There is no refund available after attendance. Customers may seek references in advance to ensure that the hire they have booked or purchased meets ntheir clearly stated expectations.
